Bengkel 'Basic Scheduling & Introduction To Microsoft Project 2010' telah berjaya diadakan di Hotel Grand Season Kuala Lumpur pada 16 & 17 Jun 2015 baru-baru ini dan telah dihadiri oleh 15 orang peserta dari pelbagai organisasi, kerajaan dan swasta.
Bengkel yang diadakan dua (2) kali setahun ini telah dianjurkan dengan kerjasama BS Consultants dan AWR Sdn. Bhd.. Bengkel ini menitik beratkan aspek kefahaman asas penghasilan jadual yang penting sebelum dimudahcarakan penghasilannya melalui perisian komputer, Microsoft Projects. Peserta-peserta yang terdiri daripada pelbagai peringkat kemahiran, daripada Pengurus Projek sehingga Penyelia Tapak, telah diberi pendedahan secara 'hands-on' berkenaan asas penjadualan - mengenalpasti Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), penentuan tempoh kerja dan asas penentuan sumber - serta mengadaptasi kemahiran ini ke dalam aplikasi Microsoft Projects 2010.
Peserta-peserta yang terlibat juga layak mendapat mata CPD dari CIDB.

Workshop on 'Basic Scheduling & Introduction To Microsoft Project 2010" was successfully held at the Hotel Grand Seasons Kuala Lumpur on 16 and 17 June 2015 recently and was attended by 15 participants from various organizations , government and private sectors.
The workshop, conducted twice a year , is organized in collaboration with BS and AWR Consultants Sdn. Bhd..
This workshop focused on understanding the basic aspects of the scheduling, and its application via computer aided software, Microsoft Projects.
The participants of various skill levels, from the Project Manager to Site Supervisor , who attended the course, were exposed to basis of scheduling via 'hands-on' activities - identify the Work Breakdown Structure ( WBS ), the basis of determining the period of work and assigning resources - and adapt these skills into Microsoft Projects 2010 applications.
Participants involved are also eligible for CPD points of CIDB.
